Given the visit and new request for information by the Technical Research Agency (ATIC) at the facilities of the Project Coordination Unit (UCP) and the Special Project Execution Unit (UEEP), both entities affirm that they maintain a policy of Open doors to collaborate and support the investigation processes carried out by the Public Ministry in relation to the project that for investigation purposes was called "Container Houses" promoted by the past administration. That is why the staff of the new administration of the PCU and the PEU informed the agents and prosecutors in charge of the investigation of the case that they will continue to provide all voluntary assistance so that an impartial and objective investigation of the project can be carried out.In previous months, these entities also collaborated with the Superior Court of Accounts (TSC) and the National Anticorruption Council (CNA), in the delivery of reports and authenticated documentation. The UCP is an entity created within the framework of private law that was destined for the coordination of this and other social housing projects. The current administration seeks to follow up on these projects, giving priority to the fight against corruption and for the investigative entities to determine the corresponding responsibilities. The PCU and the UEEP reiterate their policy of open doors and active transparency for State comptrollers, inspectors, and investigators, as well as anti-corruption agencies, in order to guarantee transparent, reliable, and safe processes.
